RHC has had a busy first week back at school. 

We have been practising using scissors correctly by making potions with flowers and working as a team to create a piece of artwork using string, tissue paper and felt tips. Squeezing, rolling and pushing play dough has been very fun, as well as helping strengthen our hands and fingers for writing!

We have used different types of fine motor activities to develop our pencil grip and letter formation. After exploring some real flowers, we used the iPad to research flowers that we liked the colour or shape of. We printed them off and used oil pastels to draw them independently. We really enjoy building with magnetic shapes, creating homes for the animals.
