This week, we started back excited to learn about our new topic: The Amazon Rainforest. We used our brand new atlas' to locate where it was in the world, as well as looking for the continents. 

In Science, we started a new topic, learning about states of matter- solids, liquids and gases. We went on a trail, looking for them in the school. We came across some frozen liquid- real life icicles where it has been so cold!

In English we learnt about prepositions: words used to describe a place or time of something. We even heard a new song by a brilliant group called The Bazillions- check it out here! Bing Videos
