Year 2/3 learnt about The Great Flood of 1953 this week in their enquiry lessons. They found out that the North Sea surged into the estuary and flooded the town of Felixstowe, killing 41 people. They created a 'Top Trumps' style card to present the information they had learnt. 

In Literacy this week, Year 2/3 planned their narratives that are inspired by The Storm Whale. They are looking forward to writing and publishing them next week!

Finally, this week 2/3HD had their class assembly this week. They spoke about their learning from last term and finished by singing one of their favourite songs from the My Happy Mind lessons.
