Year 2 have had another busy and exciting week of learning!

In Maths, we have been learning how to partition numbers to 100.

In Topic, we continued exploring the Great Fire of London by ordering the key events of the fire. We also practised creating dance motifs using movements inspired by the flames. In Art, we began creating our fiery backgrounds and explored how London has changed by comparing St Paul's Cathedral and London Bridge in 1666 with how they look today.

In English, we have been busy planning our Great Fire of London diary entries, ready to begin writing them next week. We have also been practising using the conjunctions and, but and because to extend our sentences.
