Year 3 have had a brilliant week in school. We are in full learning mode and have achieved lots!

In English this week, we have been reading How to Wash a Woolly Mammoth by Michelle Robinson. We used the book to write our own instructions on how to wash a smelly Stone Age animal.

In maths, we got to grips with numbers up to 1,000 using Base 10 and looking at the place value of each digit.

We also loved having our first Enquiry lessons, where we started learning about the Stone Age and what it means for something to be prehistoric.

Finally, we wanted to show you our wonderful self-portraits, which have been displayed in our classrooms this week.
