It's all about teamwork in 1MF. Working together as a team is not as easy as you think! We are all good at talking, but when it comes to solving a problem . . . we need to be able to talk to each other and support and help each other without getting cross to achieve a challenge.

In 'Learning to Learn' on a Wednesday, first thing every week we have this as our focus all around our school at 'The Willows'.  Each week we are getting better at managing our emotions. We have learnt that people in your team do not always do what you want them to do!

We have also been showing each other respect in 'Story Massage' with Miss Green. This helps us to calm down and treat each other with care and support, through the sense of 'Touch'.   

This week we celebrated our 'Harvest Assembly' in school with Miss Churchyard and Mrs Frank. We had some really lovely songs that we sang and the assembly told us all about the farmers' crops and some of the cereals that we might have for our breakfast in the mornings.
