Wk ending 27/3/26

Year 6 have recently completed their final outcome for our enquiry question, “Can one person change the world?” and we are incredibly proud of the effort and thought that has gone into their work. Pupils created double-page spreads to showcase their learning around environmental geography, drawing on topics such as pollution, fast fashion, food waste and fair trade. Throughout this process, they demonstrated a clear understanding of how human actions impact the world, as well as why positive change is so important.

What stood out most was the individuality of each piece. Every pupil approached the task in their own way, using creativity, colour and layout to present their ideas, while also sharing their own thoughts and reflections. From their written responses to the way they have presented their work, each piece clearly shows what they have learnt and how they have understood it. It has been wonderful to see Year 6 engage so positively with this enquiry and understand that their choices can have an impact.
