Year 2/3 had a great first week back at school!

We have started our new DT topic with a focus on chocolate! We have learnt about what needs to go on a chocolate bar wrapper and labelled one in our books. We have also started reading Charlie and The Chocolate Factory which will be our story for this half term. We have learnt some new vocabulary and visualised what Prince Puducherry's chocolate palace would look like. In our writing lessons we have been learning our model text, which is a set of instructions about pancakes. We are looking forward to writing our own instructions about how to make chocolate later on this term!
