In Reception, the children have been busy discovering new songs, practising their early reading skills and phonics and developing their handwriting with growing confidence.

We also spent time learning about Remembrance Day, and the children enjoyed creating their own poppies to help us think about kindness, gratitude, and remembering others.

Another highlight this week was supporting Children in Need. We really enjoyed putting our coins on the big “25” as part of the fundraising fun!

It has been a joyful and busy time in Reception, and we are excited to continue exploring, learning, and growing together.
